Yogurt-Fruit Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 t grated orange rind
  • 2 T unsweetened orange juice
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t dry mustard
  • 1/4 t paprika
  • 1 C plain low-fat yogurt

Preparation

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until will blended; gently fold in yogurt.


  2. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit salad.
