Mandarin Dressing

Serving size: 2 Tablespoons Carbohydrates: 4 grams Protein: 1 gram Fat: 3 grams Yield: 1/4 C

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C no-oil Italian dressing
  • Sugar substitute to equal 2 T sugar
  • 2 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 t vinegar
  • 1 t sesame seeds
  • 1/8 t pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.


  2. Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve over vegetable salads.
