Ingredients
- Whipped Topping
- 2 C 1% low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 15 oz. cans crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
- 1 .3 oz. package sugar-free orange-flavored gelatin
- Fresh mint springs (optional)
Preparation
- Spoon Whipped Topping into a medium bowl. Gently fold in cottage cheese, pineapple and gelatin. Spoon mixture evenly into individual dessert dishes, and garnish each serving with mint springs, if desired.
