Ingredients
- 4 C fresh spinach
- 2 C cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/2 chopped cooked chicken breast (Skinned before cooking and cooked without salt). Chilled.
- 1 C thinly sliced radishes
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 C croutons
- Mandarin Dressing
- 2 T sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
- Wash spinach leaves thoroughly in cold water; drain. Remove and discard stems. Place spinach in a large bowl.
- Add tomatoes and next 4 ingredients. Add Mandarin Dressing and toss gently. Top with sesame seeds.
