Ingredients
- 1 6-1/2 oz. water-pack tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 med. Potato cooked, peeled, and cut into wedges
- 1 C sliced mushrooms
- 1 9 oz. package thawed frozen green beans
- 1/3 C light Italian dressing
- 1/2 t Teriyaki sauce
- 6 leaves leaf lettuce
- 1 Lg. Hard-cooked egg, peeled and sliced
- 2 t drained capers
Preparation
- Combine the tuna, potato, mushrooms, and green beans in large bowl
- Gently toss the dressing with the tuna mixture. Chill.
- Line a pretty glass bowl with lettuce leaves; add the tuna mixture and garnish and the top with egg slices and capers.
