Tuna Niciose

Ingredients

  • 1 6-1/2 oz. water-pack tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 med. Potato cooked, peeled, and cut into wedges
  • 1 C sliced mushrooms
  • 1 9 oz. package thawed frozen green beans
  • 1/3 C light Italian dressing
  • 1/2 t Teriyaki sauce
  • 6 leaves leaf lettuce
  • 1 Lg. Hard-cooked egg, peeled and sliced
  • 2 t drained capers

Preparation

  1. Combine the tuna, potato, mushrooms, and green beans in large bowl


  2. Gently toss the dressing with the tuna mixture. Chill.


  3. Line a pretty glass bowl with lettuce leaves; add the tuna mixture and garnish and the top with egg slices and capers.
